Call for Papers: Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities-Vietnam

Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities (ISSN 2354-1172) is a peer-reviewed journal published by Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam. Currently, there are 29 reputational professors in the editorial board including 5 international professors (Prof David Marr, Australian National University; Prof.Carlyle Thayer, University of New South Wales, Australia; Prof. Futura Motoo, The University of Tokyo, Japan; Prof. Peter Zinoman, Berkeley University of California; and Prof Oscar Salemink, University of Copenhagen, Denmark). The main objective of the journal is to provide an intellectual platform for the Vietnamese and international scholars, to promote interdisciplinary studies in humanities and social science and become the leading journal in humanities and social science in Vietnam, to have an academic recognition internationally and to be indexed by worldwide databases in the near future.

The journal publishes research papers in the fields of humanities and social science such as history, philosophy, literature and linguistics, political sciences, sociology, psychology, anthropology, communication studies, international relations, library science, media studies, methodology, public policy and management, social welfare, and so on. This journal follows the American Sociological Review, 4th edition reference style for the citation and bibliography of the paper. All manuscripts are under the blind-review by two professors/scholars in the field.

There arre 5 issues per year including one issue in English. All abstracts are available at http://journal.ussh.vnu.edu.vn. The journal publishes original papers, review papers, conceptual framework, analytical and simulation models, case studies, empirical research (around 8000 words) and book reviews (around 1000 words).
